It is our belief at B’nai Shalom of Olney Nursery School
that early childhood should be a time of fun, exploration,
warmth, security, and celebration. Children are creative
and receptive individuals; our staff will strive to
strengthen and nurture these qualities in a stimulating
and respectful environment. We will provide the highest
quality secular and Judaic education to children from our
Parent/Toddler class through age four, creating
challenging learning experiences that encourage social,
emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and
development of your child as a whole.
Our curriculum includes stories, songs, fingerplays; art
activities and crafts; puzzles and games; small and large
muscle activities; field trips and shows; cooking; science
and nature; and show and tell. Academics will include
exposure to colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and basic
phonetic and reading concepts. We will also celebrate
birthdays and holidays and participate in the wonderful
Jewish cultural and traditional experiences that children
love to learn.
